How It Works. A Simple Popcorn Fundraiser That Pays 50%
Our popcorn fundraiser is designed to be easy for schools, churches, PTOs, booster clubs, sports teams, and youth groups. Organizations earn 50% of every sale while supporters enjoy gourmet popcorn they'll actually want to buy. Sell online, in person, or both. We handle online fulfillment, organize in-person orders by student, and help make distribution simple.
1. Schedule Your Fundraiser
Tell us about your group, your goal, and when you’d like to run your fundraiser. Most popcorn fundraisers run for about 14 days, which gives supporters enough time to order without dragging the fundraiser out too long.
2: Sell Online, In Person, or Both
Your group can sell with paper order forms, an online fundraiser page, or both. This makes it easy for local supporters and out-of-town family members to participate.
3. Customers Place Orders
Your Friends and Family choose the popcorn they want and place their order through your fundraiser. Online supporters can choose shipping, in-store pickup, or delivery through your organization when available.
4. Your Fundraiser Ends
When your fundraiser comes to a close, simply submit any in-person order forms and payments. Online orders have already been collected through your fundraiser page, so there's nothing extra to turn in. From there, we'll begin preparing orders, shipping popcorn to supporters who selected delivery, and getting pickup orders ready.
5. Orders Are Organized by Seller
We pop, bag, and package your popcorn, then organize in-person orders by seller or student before delivery. This helps schools, PTOs, sports teams, and churches distribute orders quickly without spending hours sorting products.
6. Orders Are Ready for Pickup
Once your popcorn is prepared and organized, we'll let you know when it's ready. Most fundraisers are ready for pickup or distribution within 2-3 weeks after final orders are submitted. Depending on your fundraiser setup, orders may be picked up at our store, shipped directly to supporters, or delivered through your organization. Additional fees may apply for shipping or delivery.
7. Your Organization Keeps 50%
Your organization earns 50% of all popcorn sales. With in-person sales, your group keeps the money first and only pays us what is owed.
